    I think it is a right because you can do it if you want to, but you don`t have to!

    I think it is a right because we do not have to play on it if we choose to do so. If it WERE a responsibility, kids who do not want to play on the swings would have to!

      I think it is a right because some kids want to play on one and if another kid doesn’t, then that’s their decision. They don’t have to if they don’t want to!
